Jennifer Biron brings with her 24 years of experience in customer service. She has a strong background in the food industry and has spent much time working in personal support services.

Before launching REDHEAD + THE CHEF she was focused on marketing and fund development for both profit and non-profit companies. She was responsible for developing brands, increasing revenues and growth of market share.

Jennifer is now focused on her true passion. She is intent on delivering her flavourful vision of REDHEAD + THE CHEF to her many fans and new clients alike.

Derek Cyrenne brings to the table 28 years of culinary expertise and a sincere dedication to his craft. The man inside the chef's jacket is well thought of by his peers and known for his respect of local ingredients and his simplistic approach in delivering deliciousness.

Thunder Bay’s diverse agricultural scene inspires and excites him when he is sourcing amazing ingredients to work with. Derek has the ability to enhance the raw natural flavours of the food he works with to deliver a truly unique take on what Northwestern Ontario has to offer.

He has trained and worked alongside some of Thunder Bay’s most noted Chefs and has earned his reputation for food quality and consistency.

As a culinary couple they are now focused on sharing REDHEAD + THE CHEF with their discerning clients. Delivering outstanding catering for corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, special occasions and weddings from their new home at the Masonic Hall, REDHEAD + THE CHEF have experienced many great successes since opening their doors towards the end of 2012.

Their combined passion for exceptional service, attention to detail and their ability to meet the challenges of changing trends, makes them the perfect team always ready for feed you!
