Reminiscent of a picnic lunch after a morning stroll through the famous Rue Cler Market this luncheon consists of:

 

  • Fresh spinach, apple, red onion, dried cranberries, goat’s cheese and drunken pumpkin seeds with a maple and apple vinaigrette.

  • Pasta Salade Fraiche with oil, lemon, Parmesan Reggiano, sundried tomatoes, black olive, and crisp vegetables.

  • Charcuterie and Fromage display featuring a variety of imported cheeses and delicatessen style meats with grapes and gourmet crackers.

Pranzo Della Pizza is the Redhead and the Chef’s taste bud teasing pizza luncheon. Pizza’s are made in the old school method using fresh dough from Agostino’s in Thunder Bay. With many custom options available we’ve presented you with three of our most popular options.

Pizza di Carne Italiana

Our pizza for the meat lover. Prosciutto, Salami, Calabrese and Italian Sausage paired Asiago, Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses on our
beautiful crust brushed with an aromatic garlic oil and baked until golden.

Caramelized Onion and Mushroom

Onions caramelized slowly with just a touch of Port and an assortment of irresistible Mushrooms.
Topped with a tongue tingling Sriracha mayo, balsamic drizzle, arugula and  Fontina cheese.
